Hi Sourdough Nerds!

I'm Nikki, and also a sourdough nerd. Why should you learn from me? I have been making sourdough bread for over 8 years now.

I once had a mentor who introduced me to the sourdough world. Since then, I never looked back. I believe the best teachers are the ones who do these things every single day. I have worked for some of the most well known bakeries in Brisbane, such as Agnes Bakery and Sprout Bakery. I love experimenting with bread fillings and flavours, so if you want to up your sourdough game, this is the best place for it!

We have a professional commercial kitchen where classes will be held, with state of the art equipment. With this in mind, I will show you how to adapt everything into your home kitchen.
