Body Awareness & Movement is a space for exploring the wisdom of the body through movement, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness
Rather than focusing on fixing ourselves, these gatherings invite us to become curious about the signals our bodies are already sending. Through guided body awareness practices, movement exploration, and reflection, we learn to recognize patterns, boundaries, emotions, and sensations that often go unnoticed in daily life.
Our bodies constantly communicate through tension, ease, discomfort, energy, intuition, and movement. By developing awareness of these cues, we can better understand our needs, responses, and relationships with ourselves and others.
The goal is not to change who you are, but to build a deeper understanding of how your nervous system and body communicate, while learning practical tools that can support you throughout life.
No dance or movement experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to listen.
