Northamptonshire Carers
A young carer is aged between 5yrs-17yrs and they may take on responsibility for helping to look after someone (usually a family member) who has a long-term illness or disability. This could include a physical disability, learning disability, mental health problem or substance misuse issue.
Who are Young Carers? Join us for an informative session, led by Northamptonshire Young Carers Service, on how we can recognise Young Carers in our professional settings and what we can do to support them together. Plus, learn about what NYCS can offer to support the Young Carers you work with.
