As a nonprofit therapy center, Leg Up Farm's mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs through support and customized programs. Our pediatric therapy center is the only facility in the country to provide physical, occupational, aquatic and speech therapy, counseling, nutrition services, therapeutic horseback riding, and recreational and educational programming under one roof.  Our Able-Services program provides a continum of care for adults up to 59 years of age. Since opening in 2010, Leg Up Farm has served over 2,700 individuals with special needs, providing nearly 20,000 therapy appointments every year.
