I’m Lara, the founder of Coastal Verve Sound, offering immersive sound journeys that support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and soul-level connection. I host Floating Sound Journeys in swim pools, as well as studio sound journeys and community gatherings throughout the Bay Area, using live instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Each experience is held as an intentional container where you’re invited to slow down, rest deeply, come back into your body, and feel present and at peace. My mission is to create accessible, soul-nourishing experiences that foster presence, peace, and community.
