I host masterclasses and spaces focused on understanding the patterns that shape how we relate, and what needs to change to create relationships that feel good, grounded, and real.

My work is grounded in both lived experience and training as a certified transformational coach.

Through coaching, workshops, and writing, I support women to feel more secure in themselves, communicate clearly, and show up differently in relationships — so they can experience more connection, build supportive partnerships, and create relationships that support them in their lives and work.
