I'm Jason and I'm psyched to teach you to make beer. I've been brewing since 2005. I started out as a homebrewer, then made the leap to the brewing industry. I was the Head Brewer at the Devil's Canyon Brewing Company for 4 years, and in that time brewed over a million pints of beer. I'm starting my own brewery called Mercurius Brewing. I've been teaching brewing for since 2011 and have taught over 1000 people how to brew. Teaching people to make great beer is my favorite thing in life!
