The Guys with Ties organization was founded by eight young professionals in 2005 who wanted to find a unique way to give back to their local community. They chose fundraising by hosting entertaining parties and events where the proceeds from those events would be donated to local non-profits in the Central Florida community.

The Guys with Ties Philanthropy is a non-profit who's Board of Directors and Ambassador groups consist of young professionals in the non-profit, education, healthcare, real estate, banking, construction, finance, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, entertainment, business development, consulting and engineering industries. Their common bond is the passion to give back to others.
