Meet Lauren, an Arizona native and passionate yoga teacher. With a deep-rooted connection to the healing power of the body and mind, she has embarked on a journey to guide others toward self-discovery and transformation. Having experienced her own struggles in a traditional mental health setting, Lauren recognized the limitations of these approaches and sought alternative paths to healing. She discovered that getting the body involved was essential in releasing stored trauma and unlocking the true self. As a cold plunge and breathwork guide, Lauren utilizes unique modalities to facilitate healing and self-exploration. Through the transformative power of breath, ice, and movement, she helps individuals tap into their inner strength and uncover their authentic selves.
