Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the session. Also don't drink unnecessary large amounts of water in that time frame. Do not consume any substances such as alcohol 48 hours before the session.

Are there contraindications for this kind of breathwork?

There are some indicators that this kind of breathwork might not be right for you at the moment, including pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgery or physical injury, cardiovascular disease, history of heart attacks, panic attacks or psychosis, diagnosed severe mental illness and epilepsy
