Hello! My name is Samina. As a former chef and forever a baker, I have spent years exploring the world of gastronomy.
I craft nostalgic, childhood-inspired cakes, desserts, and other foods, but with better, high-quality ingredients.
The thing is, food, for me, is just like language, morphs through time; and today, with so much science at our fingertips, it’s impossible to deny that we deserve better, smarter desserts that respect our bodies without sacrificing flavor or memory.
What is Casa-Café?
This is an occasional, intimate pop-up inspired by the hidden apartment cafés of NYC. For one afternoon, my home transforms into a cozy café. To keep things fresh and collaborative, I invite a guest chef to share the kitchen with me, bringing their own unique creations to the table.
There are 2 time slots, one from 15h to 17h, and another from 17h to 19h.
