Zwolak Training & Consulting, LLC is led by Brian Zwolak, a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 18 years of service in South Carolina. Brian currently serves as a Sergeant with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, where he oversees the Crime Reduction Unit—a specialized team dedicated to investigating criminal gang activity and firearm-related offenses.
Brian brings a wealth of experience to his consulting work, holding both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. His career includes serving as an instructor at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, where he specialized in gang investigations and documentation. He also served as a gang investigator with the Columbia Police Department.
Recognized for his subject matter expertise, Brian has testified in Federal and State courts and has been formally qualified as an expert witness in numerous state court cases.
At Zwolak Training & Consulting, Brian combines his field experience and instructional background to provide practical, evidence-based training and consulting services to law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and organizations seeking insight into gang trends, investigation strategies, and crime reduction efforts.
