WOW

WOW was born in February 2021 as a Corporate Social Responsibility project of LEXeFISCAL, a London-based tax law firm sensitive to gender equality causes, supporting women in business and bridging UK and Italian cultures to open up international commercial scenarios during the pandemic that affected mainly women.

Since its start, WOW's objective has evolved, and in November 2022, WOW Women on Women – which was born to support women during the pandemic, became WOW Women Of Worth, with the aim of supporting women in business to grow their businesses with the backing and encouragement of our like-minded community of women. In 2023, WOW is helping women who want to build their own businesses, providing marketing templates, creativity, innovation, initiatives and community in Italy and in the UK.

One of the unique and founding principles of WOW is that we bring like-minded businesswomen together, bridging cultures, working daily to empower women, close gaps and open conversations between two different cultures (English and Italian).
