Non-Profit 501 c3 organization leveraging UNESCO's designation of Tucson, Az as a City of Gastronomy for social and economic impact in Southern Arizona. As a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, we seek to nurture, galvanize and promote talent and creativity among our farmers, ranchers, chefs, food workers, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and local food businesses to support this region’s ongoing development as an international culinary destination.
