Built in 1912, the Stutz is a historic, architecturally significant former car factory that takes up an entire city block between 10th and 11th streets, and Senate and Capitol Aves. The surrounding neighborhood consists of mostly commercial and industrial buildings, IU Health being the largest real estate stakeholder in the area as a result of a multi-year, mixed-use Health District development project in the works.
