The Hobbs Consultancy x Token Man

The Hobbs Consultancy and Token Man have collaborated over the last five years to deliver Masculinity in the Workplace. The Hobbs Consultancy is a diversity and inclusion consultancy, supporting individuals in showing up as their authentic selves in the workplace and businesses in creating cultures in which people feel able to show up as themselves. Token Man was launched in 2014 with the aim of engaging men in the gender equity discussion and giving them a greater empathy for the barriers that women and other historically marginalised groups face in the workplace. Our goal is ultimately to inspire those men to do the work to become change-makers, creating workplaces that are truly inclusive and diverse. We do this through consultancy, events, research, training and thought leadership.
