The Difference is a national charity working to improve the lives of vulnerable children by building a more inclusive education system.

We work with schools, trusts, local authorities and policymakers to reduce exclusion, strengthen inclusive practice and ensure every child can thrive in mainstream education. Through leadership programmes, professional development, peer networks, research and national events, we equip education leaders with the knowledge, evidence and practical tools to drive lasting change.
