I’m Su Patel, a passionate HR mentor, speaker, and the proud founder of HRPro, a coaching and training platform created to uplift and empower HR professionals around the world.

With over 30 years of experience in HR leadership and partnership roles across global brands like Tesco, BBC, American Express, and the FCA, I’ve seen just how isolating and overwhelming the HR profession can be, especially for those who want to lead with heart, make an impact, and still hold onto their own identity.

That’s why I created HRPro: to offer a safe, supportive space for HR professionals to build real confidence, strategic credibility, and career paths they’re proud of, without burning out or playing small.

But I’m not here for policies and paperwork.

I’m also a proud mum to a beautiful daughter, an entrepreneur building multiple purpose-driven ventures, and an investor committed to creating long-term wealth.
