As a Facilitator, Licensed Life Coach and Educator it is my mission to offer a space which encourages knowledge of self to help heal and grow.
Described as an energy center, I help individuals reclaim who they are by challenging habits and behaviours which no longer serve them powerfully all whilst having fun exploring purpose, passions and life.
I believe that our daily lives represent the respect we have for ourselves, others and our surroundings - look after you and you will be able to look after others. I have worked within both educational and therapeutic settings - children to retired adults and from all walks of life. An explorer of the world to setting up a successful well-being business over the past 3 years I now work with individuals who are ready to take action!
