About Vanessa:

Each coach has significant experience. Vanessa is an extremely experienced coach, mentor and trainer, with a strong scientific background. Vanessa’s coaching is not based on one model, but rather adopted from a variety of approaches which have a strong foundation in psychology and neuroscience. She is always open to learn about different models and new ways of thinking to deliver a strong, evidence-based coaching, training and mentoring approach that can accompany individuals during their transformational process. Vanessa, uses purposeful open questions that can trigger thoughts and ideas in another person, making them feel confident and capable of dealing with the issue as hand.

Within the different roles she had along her career, she always brings her unique perspective of been a rare disease advocate that founded several non-profit organizations. Thus, she is highly experienced in actively listening and supporting people living with chronic illness, by providing them tailored education and support that offers them the necessary skills and education required for a successful long term diseases self-management.

Her activities have been developed from her belief that to improve individuals and families’ lives within healthcare systems, stakeholders need to be people-centric in their thinking. The ultimate goal is that all individuals have equal opportunities and better quality of life.

Vanesas holds a PhD (Sc.D.) in Cell and Developmental Biology and an International MBA from IAE de Paris, Sorbonne Graduate Business School. She is an accredited coach, trainer and facilitator with skills in coaching and mentoring people living with chronic illness. Her passion and purpose are helping people support themselves where she is committed in supporting and assisting those that want to make an intended transformation for the future.
