National Fatherhood Initiative

We believe every child deserves a great dad. 

National Fatherhood Initiative® (NFI) is a 501c3 non-profit organization started in 1994 to reverse the nation's trend toward father absence. And our mission? Transforming organizations and communities by equipping them to intentionally engage fathers in their children's lives.
 We do this through the production of hundreds of skill-building resources and curricula for fathers (and mothers!), and training programs to help family and fatherhood practitioners effectively engage fathers in their children's lives. We also provide hundreds of free resources to fathers - and practitioners working with fathers and families - everywhere.

NFI is the #1 provider of fatherhood resources and the #1 trainer of fatherhood program practitioners in the country.
