Narrative Practice

Narrative Practice is a non-profit architectural research and mentoring platform based in London.

Their primary programme, ‘Sessions’, simply focusses on improving representation within the built environment. NP do this through the offer of complimentary short- and long-term mentoring support for young professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.

As proof of the initiative’s success, since November 2022, they have engaged in-person with over 375 individuals — providing support from Pre-Part 1 all the way through to Part 3, PhD and beyond.

‘Sessions’ is Winner of the Diversity in Action category at the Thornton Education Trust 2023 Inspire Future Generations Awards, as well as being Finalists in the Mentoring category.
