Moc An Meditation
I’m Didi, the creator of Mộc An (mɔk-ahn) Meditation. My background is in applied neuroscience and mental health research. I’m a mindfulness practitioner with over 7 years of experience, deeply committed to integrating Zen Buddhist philosophy into daily life and my classes. I draw inspiration primarily from the uplifting teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, while remaining open to other traditions. Mộc An in Vietnamese means peace and tranquility grounded in Mother Earth. It embodies love, compassion, and acceptance - qualities that I strive to cultivate in me and around me. All genders, religions, and cultural backgrounds are welcomed my sessions. Thank you for your support, and for being here.
