With over 22 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to working with adults, adolescents, couples and families, specializing in the assessment and treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, ADHD, Marriage and Family Counseling and challenges related to behavioral difficulties and emotional regulation. My practice is grounded in diverse therapeutic models, including Gottman Model, CBT, DBT, CPT, Person-Centered Approaches, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am committed to serving clients of all ages, including adults and couples, and military service members. I pride myself on thinking outside the box and integrating creative approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to assist clients in building healthy coping mechanisms while fostering a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship.
