Miami-Dade County Public Schools OEEA

The Office of Education & Economic Access (OEEA) promotes the economic development and growth of Small/Micro businesses, Minority/Women, and Veteran Business Enterprises through its certification program, community outreach programs, contract review, and monitoring activities in addition to ongoing interaction with other municipal agencies, quasi-public agencies, and the local marketplace. The OEEA strives to ensure that local SBE’s, MBE’s, M/WBE’s and VBE’s have the maximum opportunity to do business with the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida and to provide equal opportunity for all segments of the contracting community. The OEEA currently operates under School Board Policy 6320.02.
