My greatest passion is to train people on improving their human skills and with that help them overcome challenges and become even better (E.g. Leadership, empathy, communication, self-awareness, resilience, responsibility, conflict handling, trust, organization, among other skills).

I have been directly leading people and teams for the past 15 years and gained a deep understanding on using different tactics and tools to address the challenges of our daily lives.
