L'EAUTELIER

As a guide to aquatic living, Founder, CEO & Design Director - Morgan Ræ is bringing her hospitality mindset to style blue economy & deep sea space. With a goal of raising the standards of design and awareness of our connection to water, L’eautelier is part studio, part host mixed with the fluidity and resilience of its element of choice. L’eautelier has hosted the Dreams Do Come True Exposé during the 2022 United Nations Ocean Conference in Lisbon and was co-host of the I ♡ NY Sea water awareness series during the 2023 United Nations Water Conference in New York City. Ræ was also featured on the Seasteading Today and Top Floor podcasts for her aquatic design.

Currently preparing for the release of the L’eautelier - Guide to Aquatic Living guidebook and audiobook series while also developing the Casa Piña collection.

MORGAN RÆ

is a 3x award-winning designer with 25 years of experience on over 100 projects (62% of them constructed) across 13 countries & 13 US states and is the founder of L’eautelier. Ræ has a diverse and celebrated background in design, hospitality, community, natural science, storytelling and entrepreneurship. Her work expands beyond the built environment and has been featured in numerous publications including textbooks, cookbooks, podcasts, TV shows, magazines, blogs, and panels. Ræ holds a Master of Interior & Living Design, a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Certificate in the Science of Well-Being from Yale.

Ræ has worked with recognized brands such as Kerzner’s Atlantis and One&Only Resorts, Westin, Sheraton, 11Howard, Fairmount, Fontainebleau, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Hard Rock, MGM, Selina, and hospitality-focused residences such as Urby, Roam & BMW’s Mini Living and aquatic companies including America’s Cup, Ocean Builders, PanaSea and Royal Caribbean. Ræ has hosted events with Nômade, SohoHouse & 1Hotels and during the 2022 UN Ocean Conference in Lisbon and the 2023 UN Water Conference in NYC.

Winner of the 2021 Radical Innovation award for “Float With Us”, she introduced a new way of linking technology, tourism and marine biology to sustain life below the guest suites. Currently in preparation for the Climate Launchpad Regional finals as a 2023 National Finalist & hosting a series of aquatic experiences.
