Svetlana (Lana) and Mario Ruggeri are co-founders of Circles of Light and dedicated facilitators of transformational healing experiences.
Lana’s work is centered on guiding individuals through profound inner transformation — supporting the release of emotional burdens, re-patterning limiting beliefs, and restoring balance, clarity, and purpose. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic and energetic techniques. Her core modalities include Quantum Healing, Beyond Quantum Healing, Integrative Energy Therapy Healing, Reiki, and Light Language transmissions. To support emotional and somatic release, she incorporates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), along with Transcendent Coaching, Individual Growth practices, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and bio-regulation strategies to create sustainable, embodied change.
Mario is White Light Reiki Practitioner, Integrative Energy Therapy Practitioner and Frequency Architect who brings grounded presence, intuitive guidance, and heart-centered energy facilitation to their shared work. As a Reiki and Integrative Energy Healing practitioner, he supports participants in releasing stored emotional patterns and restoring energetic balance within a safe and steady container.
Together, their multidimensional framework works across the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Their sessions and circles are designed not only to support deep self-healing, but also to build a strong foundation for sovereignty, resilience, and alignment.
