James A. Wallace had been a licensed and certified facilitator with 20+ years of accumulated professional experience in case management, group homes, juvenile corrections, and education. His goal is to empower individuals and inspire professional excellence in organizations through interactive and thought-provoking training as well as intentional follow-up consultations. Training isn’t just checking off boxes. Training is filling in the gaps for those “in the heat of the moment” situations that allow us to learn.
