Historic Northwood Hills
Located just north of downtown West Palm Beach, Historic Northwood Hills is one of the city’s oldest and most architecturally diverse neighborhoods. Our community is home to Mediterranean Revival estates, Mid-Century Modern gems, Art Deco cottages, and unique castle-style homes—many of which are now approaching or celebrating their 100-year anniversaries.
The Historic Northwood Hills Neighborhood Association (HNHNA) is a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the neighborhood’s rich history, promoting community engagement, and enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
We host events that celebrate culture, design, and local pride—including the beloved Home Tour, which invites the public to experience our neighborhood’s charm firsthand.
