Forever 24 Jordan L Mathews Memorial Foundation

The Forever 24 Jordan L Mathews Memorial Foundation was established to honor the life and legacy of Jordan Mathews. He passed away on August 23, 2019 due to complications of an Asthma attack. The foundation has been set up in his honor to bring good will and love to our community by providing scholarships to college students and asthmas camp attendees. The foundation also seeks to assists various athletic organizations.
