Elysia Jane Buss is an empowerment/confidence coach; clinician; YouTube host; and inspirational speaker. She helps people to live an unapologetically authentic life, through better boundaries, communication, increased self worth, and confidence to play as an adult and talk to whoever they want. She also does equine assisted coaching and helps teach equestrians how to bring the art of play back into the equation while working through their mindset.
