Hello I’m Stacey.

I am a proud member of the Erewash Canal Preservation and Development Association (ECP&DA), and I have the privilege of owning a narrowboat moored right on the Erewash Canal. To me, the canal network is nothing short of magical, and I’m deeply passionate about preserving its natural beauty for future generations.

The Erewash Canal is a hidden gem, with its tranquil waters and picturesque surroundings, offering an incredible glimpse into the history and charm of our area. Through my involvement with the ECP&DA, I’m dedicated to not only protecting this wonderful waterway but also sharing its rich heritage with others.

If you’ve never explored the canal, I can’t recommend it enough – whether you're strolling along its banks, hopping on a narrowboat, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, there’s always something beautiful to discover!
