DaCapo Project
Who We Are: The DaCapo project (Digital Assets and Tools for Circular Value Chains in Manufacturing) is a Horizon Europe project involving 15 partners from 10 EU countries.
Our Mission: To build a sustainable future by enabling manufacturing industries to adopt circularity, digital transformation, and collaborative value creation practices.
The DaCapo project focuses on creating human-centric digital tools and services to advance the adoption of Circular Economy strategies across manufacturing value chains and throughout product lifecycles. These innovations are designed to seamlessly integrate AI-based systems, Digital Twins for processes and products, and advanced digital assets, enabling businesses to significantly improve the sustainability and efficiency of their operations.
DaCapo demonstrates its potential through applications in three critical European value chains, each representing diverse industrial environments: Aeronautics, Consumer Electronics, and Warehousing. These use cases exemplify how circularity principles can reshape industries to create greater value and sustainability.
