Hello, I'm Claire, a qualified executive coach, leadership consultant and SIAMS inspector. I am also a former experienced headteacher, executive head and trust leader, and diocesan deputy director of education.

I'm fascinated by leadership.

What makes leadership effective? Which micro actions make the biggest difference? How do you best inspire, motivate, empower and mobilise your teams?

I'm also intrigued about what women bring to leadership, and whether this is different to men's leadership. Is there such a thing as feminine leadership?

I am passionate about enabling leaders to thrive in challenging and complex contexts. I want to play my small part in keeping leaders flourishing in their roles.
