Cine-Excess 2025 International Film Festival
The Cine-Excess International Film Festival returns to Birmingham for its 2025 edition and features screenings at the Birmingham Odeon Cinema alongside visiting international filmmakers, an online academic conference and a retro day of film screenings on the Betamax video format.
