I’m a yoga and Pilates instructor, as well as a sound bath practitioner, passionate about helping others find strength, balance, and calm through mindful movement and sound. My approach blends alignment, mobility, and breathwork with practices that nurture both body and mind.
Whether I’m teaching in the studio, online, or at wellness events, my intention is always to hold space where others can reconnect with themselves and feel supported on their journey toward greater well-being.
