Candice Marie Holt
My name is Candice Marie Holt and I am the Founder and CEO of Clockwork Coaching and Consulting for Teachers Inc. I help teachers, school leaders and parties who are invested in education, lower school violence, increase well-being and create a learning environment that staff and students want to be a part of.
I began my teaching journey over a decade ago. I am a passionate educator with the Durham District School Board (DDSB), a proud member of the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO), the Ontario Teachers’ Federation (OTF), and serve on the executive board of the Durham Occasional Teachers’ Local (DOTL).
Throughout my career, I have taught in diverse and dynamic settings, including a fly-in First Nations community in Manitoba, as well as in Nunavut and across Ontario. These experiences have shaped my approach to education and deepened my commitment to well-being in schools.
In addition to classroom teaching, I am a professional speaker, I coach educators and lead transformative workshops that focus on well-being, classroom management, leadership, and sustainable impact. If you are looking for an expert, look no further.
