Bridport Museum is right in the heart of Bridport, a historic rope and net making town. We aim to inspire and engage by the stories we tell, helping people to understand the significance of Bridport’s past, appreciate the present, and imagine the future.

We host events throughout the year both at the museum and further afield including historic guided walks of Bridport , talks and exhibitions. Our mission is to share our knowledge and passion, creating exciting experiences that encourage everyone to engage with our heritage.
