I am a Psychotherapist and a Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher & Practitioner, I have a deep passion for supporting a person’s health and well-being. I understand the challenges we face in continuing to find the right balance. So, my friend Karen and I teamed up and decided to offer Wellness Days and Retreats.
Karen has been a Registered Nurse since 1996 and has a Diploma in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction. She has worked at a hospice in Derbyshire for ten years. During this time she trained as a Mindful Compassion group facilitator as a way to teach people ways to build resilience and enhance their wellbeing.
Our Wellness Days and Retreats will help you press pause, allowing you to create your own calmness by giving you the space you need to breathe, unwind and relax. Helping you to feel recharged and hopefully give you the opportunity to take away with you a range of techniques, to live more consciously by becoming more mindful and aware of what you personally need to help you to look after yourself with kindness and compassion.
By combining our professional expertise with an holistic approach to emotional, physical and psychological wellness, the Wellness Days and Retreats are aimed to help you unwind, feel relaxed and manage challenges in your life more positively. As well as improving your physical and psychological health and wellbeing.
We have both been working in the field of health and wellness for over 20 years and during this period we have helped people from all walks of life to become more resilient and mindful in self-care, embracing challenges positively by feeling more in control.
