.  I've been a tuition teacher for about 10 years. My background is in Electrical Engineering, in particular semiconductor device physics. I did some Research Work at NUS when I just graduated. In that 10 years, I also spent some time exploring different religions, such as joining different church worship and fellowship, or attending courses and meditation retreats in Buddhism. I also took some workshop in the training institute for local grassroots, such as Whale Done, MBTI, DISC, time management.

I learnt many personality type models, over the years. Such as Satirs counselling model, MBTI, DISC, Hermann Brain Dominance model, "surrounded by idiot", "move to greatness", And many other contemporary models.

I dabble with many career direction tools in the process, and can better empathise with fellow job seekers.
