Enabled by funding from the George Simpson Bequest, each year ESALA invites a number of internationally important academics and practitioners to visit as Geddes Fellows.

The School of History of Art welcomes a series of guest speakers and colleagues to present a seminar on their research. The events are a fantastic opportunity to hear from art historians, critics, curators and artists from the University and beyond.

In the Institute for Design Informatics, we fuse design and creative methodologies with data, data science and data-driven technologies.

OPENspace Research Seminar Series

Join us for the ECA PhD Showcase 2025, where we celebrate the work of 25 PGR students — each pushing their research beyond boundaries. The showcase this year includes a symposium of talks and screenings as well as an exhibition.
