There are seasons in life that feel like storms: uprooting, unraveling, undoing. The past months have been just that — a time of deep deconstruction. Old identities crumbled. Beliefs that once anchored us dissolved. Relationships, habits, roles… released, sometimes forcefully, sometimes with grace. And through it all, we stood in the fire.But in the aftermath of destruction, something sacred stirs. The soil is fertile now.This is why ZHENSHINA circle is being born. A space to honour the chaos that cracked you open, and to let go - fully, viscerally, unapologetically. To allow anger, grief, and disillusionment to rise… and be witnessed, expressed, released.

ZHENSHINA is the Slavic word for woman - but it carries much more than a label. In ancient Slavic roots, it evokes the essence of the life-giver, the earth-tender, the soul-weaver. To be Zhenshina is to hold the memory of ancestral strength, cyclical wisdom, and the deep intelligence of the body.

We invoke Kali, the fierce feminine force who doesn’t fear endings — she births beginnings through them.We invoke our Slavic grandmothers, the bloodlines behind us, whose voices echo in our bones.We gather in their name.To reclaim our voice.To soothe our hearts.To remember: we are not broken - we are complete.This is a circle for shedding, for remembering, and for rising - together.
