Locke de Santa Joana

Join us for a beginner–friendly vinyasa flow to move around some mid-week energy!

This mid-week yoga flow is designed to shift any stagnant energy out of the body, release mental and physical tension, and challenge our habitual movement patterns to get us away from our screens, reduce stress and improve flexibility and mobility. Inspired by the Hatha and Vinyasa styles, the practice focuses on alignment, intentionality and the synchronisation of breath and movement, to allow students to drop deeper into the practice–whatever your level of experience. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, with variations and modifications provided to ensure you get the most out of the practice. All mats and equipment are provided–just bring yourself, a bottle of water, and some comfortable clothes. There will be a photographer / videographer in attendance at the 26th February event. If you would like to opt out of being in any footage, please speak to the Locke team, or the yoga teacher on the day of the event. See you on the mat.
