Yoga Class in the heart of Lisbon

I am a portuguese yoga teacher who's been teaching Hatha yoga in Lisbon for several years now ( insta at liliana_yogatherapies) and I am also an Astrologer and therapist.My classes are a mix of hatha yoga and astrology, so I call it AstroYoga, because we always align the pratices with the start signs and look at the skies for reflections: as above so below, as without so within.

My pratices take place in Terra Estúdio de Yoga (Metro Anjos, Rua do Zaire 13, Ground Floor 0).Join us to understand, feel and work with your energy and the energy of the stars and planets :)

• Bilingue classes PT/EN
