My classes are a combination of classic yoga and astrology because I find a connection between what's above in the sky and what's below. Try my yoga classes, workshops or readings and you won't regret it!  I teach in the heart of Lisbon in a beautiful studio called Terra Estúdio de Yoga 5min away from Anjos metro station.

TERRA, estúdio de Yoga

I am a portuguese yoga teacher who's been teaching Hatha yoga in Lisbon for several years now ( insta at liliana_yogatherapies) and I am also an Astrologer and therapist.My classes are a mix of hatha yoga and astrology, so I call it AstroYoga, because we always align the pratices with the start signs and look at the skies for reflections: as above so below, as without so within.My pratices take place in Terra Estúdio de Yoga (Metro Anjos, Rua do Zaire 13, Ground Floor 0).Join us to understand, feel and work with your energy and the energy of the stars and planets :)<ul><li>Wednesdays 19:00PM - 20:10 (1:10min)</li><li>Saturdays 11:00AM - 12:30 (1:30min)</li><li>17€/CLASS</li><li>Bilingue classes PT/EN</li></ul>There are mats, props, blankets and tea in this cozy yoga studio, but you can bring your own.Send me a private message so I can also share the booking platform with you.You can also find me on insta @liliana_yogatherapies.A moment of self-care and self-awareness :)
