This is a deeply nurturing event designed to align your body, heart, and spirit with the rhythm of the cosmos.A 1,5h session where we'll do some asanas, yoga nidra with meditation based on the astrology of the moment and sound healing.

1. Heart-Opening Asana Practice

We'll begin with a gentle, expansive yoga flow focused on chest-opening postures—activating the heart chakra and inviting a sense of emotional release, breath expansion, and inner lightness.

2. Yoga Nidra Journey into Cancer Season

As we transition into the intuitive waters of Cancer, sink into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation inspired by the nurturing, sensitive, and protective energy of this star sign. Connect with your inner sanctuary and awaken your emotional intelligence.

3. Healing Sound Bath

To close, allow yourself to be bathed in healing vibrations with tibetan bowls, chimes, and elemental sounds, helping you ground, integrate, and harmonize all layers of your being.
