Being a topic of extreme relevance, we intend to explore the role of education in shaping successful women and discuss the key-role of this variable in closing the gender gap. We aim to talk about the impact of gender-equitable education systems in equally empowering girls and boys and in promoting the development of life skills (such as negotiation, communication, critical thinking, etc) that young people need to succeed. The debate will be focused on the concept of education as an opportunity to close skill gaps that perpetuate pay gaps and any other form of gender inequality on the workplace.
