Writing Workshop: The Power of Words

Writing Workshop: The Power of Words

Fable - Cafe, Coffee, English BooksLisboa, Lisboa
Saturday, Mar 14 from 10 am to 12 pm
Overview

Dive into the power of words with us.

What to expect from this workshop?

Every experience you have is shaped by language. Not just the words you speak out loud, but the ones you repeat quietly to yourself. The phrases that guide your choices. The tone you use when you lead, relate, rest, or reach. This is a 90-minute experiential workshop exploring the power of language as a creative force in your life and relationships.

This is intimate work. We keep the group small, around 10–15 people, so there is space to slow down, notice, and truly feel how words land in the body and nervous system. Together, we explore the language patterns you use toward yourself and others, often unconsciously, and how these patterns either expand your sense of possibility or quietly limit it.

One of the core revelations people leave with is this simple yet profound truth: one word can create or destroy. The question is not whether words have power, but whether you are choosing them consciously. Through reflection, guided inquiry, and embodied awareness, you will begin to hear your own language differently and learn how to work with words as tools for clarity, self trust, and conscious leadership.

People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply resourced, with a new relationship to the way they speak, think, and invite others into connection. This workshop is suited for anyone curious about personal growth, conscious communication, leadership, or simply wanting to live with more intention.

To bring: pen, paper, open heart, curious mind.
