Anger is not our enemy, it’s a messenger.
Yet it remains one of the most misunderstood emotions. Many of us were taught to hide it, soften it, or turn it inward. But anger is a natural and intelligent response that protects our boundaries and signals when it was violated.
When we learn to listen to it and allow ourselves to feel it, we often realize that we simply don’t know how to process it.
In this circle, we’ll co-create a safe and supportive space to explore anger as an energy that wants to be understood rather than suppressed. Together, we’ll share, reflect, and reconnect with the wisdom that lies beneath this powerful emotion.
Amalia and Laura will gently guide you through a therapeutic exploration of anger, how it shows up in your life, your bodies, and your relationships. Through conversation, mindfulness, and grounding practices, we’ll begin to recognize anger’s protective role and learn how to transform it into clarity and strength.
Afterwards, they will lead a somatic yoga session, designed to help you move, breathe, and release the emotional charge stored in the body, supporting you to reconnect with calm, softness, and inner vitality.
This circle welcomes all women : No prior experience with therapy or yoga is needed. Simply bring your curiosity, honesty, and an open heart.
